How correctly  fit Scrappy_heart : 

1) Load Scrappy in a new scene with its deafault T pose .
2) Load Scrappy_heart and in Scene Tab select Scrappy_heart .
3) With Scrappy_heart selected click on right mouse button (it appears a menu ), now select 'Change "Scrappy_heart" Parent...'
4) Now from skeleton menu select chest and click on "Accept" button .

1) Load Scrappy in a new scene with its deafault T pose .
2) Materials/3Delight/ click on "Light_bulb_OFF" .

4) With Light_bulb or Neon_bulb selected click on right mouse button (it appears a menu ), now select 'Change "Light_bulb" Parent...' or 'Change "Neon_bulb" Parent...'
