After AI-Powered Darth Vader, Fortnite Introduces An AI Chatbot

Fortnite continues to lean into artificial intelligence, as developer Epic Games has announced an AI-powered chatbot to help with Player Support inquiries. It's not just limited to Fortnite, either. The goal is for the AI chatbot to help players find answers faster for their support questions. The chatbot is first rolling out in a test that will make it available only to 1% of players on Epic's English-language support site. It aims to help provide answers to questions about Epic's games and services, covering Fortnite and more.
